Impressive and Efficient

I was truly impressed by how efficiently my broker handled my application. The entire journey, from the initial submission to receiving my mortgage offer, was incredibly smooth and well-organised. What really stood out was how quickly everything happened—it took less than four weeks to get my mortgage offer! This goes to show the expertise and commitment of the team involved. I've been with the LBS for over 3 years now and they've always provided an excellent service by being informative, swift and concise. It's also refreshing to deal with an organisation that doesn't offshore any of it's services or use chat functions as it means you speak to real people who know exactly what they're talking about as they're the ones actually dealing with your product. I've just completed my mortgage paperwork to continue my relationship with them for another 3 years as whilst their rates are slightly higher than other banks/building society, the excellent customer I receive is far more important to me and outweighs the negligible cost saving I would benefit from by moving elsewhere.
