Mortgage Advisor Rob is outstanding!

Rob our mortgage advisor was amazing! He made us feel at ease, we had some laughs in there which I think is important when the experience can be daunting! We have come from a specialist lender, with history of debt, so Rob listening to us, to give us our options was enlightening! There was never a single doubt of judgment which can be a worry when you’re in a position like us. Would 100% recommend! Especially Rob! Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

I've been with the LBS for over 3 years now and they've always provided an excellent service by being informative, swift and concise. It's also refreshing to deal with an organisation that doesn't offshore any of it's services or use chat functions as it means you speak to real people who know exactly what they're talking about as they're the ones actually dealing with your product. I've just completed my mortgage paperwork to continue my relationship with them for another 3 years as whilst their rates are slightly higher than other banks/building society, the excellent customer I receive is far more important to me and outweighs the negligible cost saving I would benefit from by moving elsewhere.
