Mortgage Advisor Rob is outstanding!

Rob our mortgage advisor was amazing! He made us feel at ease, we had some laughs in there which I think is important when the experience can be daunting! We have come from a specialist lender, with history of debt, so Rob listening to us, to give us our options was enlightening! Very competitive offer for the older borrower

Very competitive offer for the older borrower with the ability to extend the loan for up to 35 years which suited my circumstances. The discounted SVR option with no fee or penalty seems to be unique to Loughborough. The Advisor interview was friendly but professional and the Report was available the same day with recommendations. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
