Extremely competitive price

After quotes of over £350 for my annual car insurance, LV managed an extremely competitive £190 which included legal cover/windows etc... A fair price as far as I'm concerned having 10 years no claims intact at 47 years of age. No other company came close to this quote although I'm unsure why. Very good. Amazing service

I had a car accident while insured with LV.Having an accident is an awful experience but LV made the whole experience stress free.The speed and efficiency in sorting and settling my claim was simply superb.I have recommended LV to a number of my friends as I believe they're the best. They keep their promises

Have had to use LV for 2 claims now, both handled with speed and professionalism. Every time I’ve contacted their Customer Services I’ve been greeted with efficiency and first rate service. Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

Poor renewal

My renewal was 3 pence less than the year before, quotes from other insurance companies were a lot less. Reviewed on: 21st August 2019

Great support and resolution

When I was in a minor bump LV were great and supported me every step of the way to see my claim upheld - as I was totally without fault! - I wasn't out of pocket at all as a result! Really pleased - thanks LV! Reviewed on: 16th August 2019

A pleasure to do business with.

I have had a motor policy with LV for more years than I care to remember. I had to claim on one occasion when I was out of the country and the sea broke coastal defenses during a storm and flooded both my garage and my wife's car. There was no quibble with the settlement which was based upon the car's replacement value at the time. I have also had two windscreens replaced, again with no quibbles. LV do try to get me to auto renew my policy which I refuse to do as I am always offered a better quote when I telephone. Reviewed on: 7th August 2019
