Good Value, but Lacking Online Account Management

LV Life Insurance offers great value for money with their policies, providing solid coverage at an affordable price. However, a major downside is the lack of an online account to manage or view my policy. In today's digital age, it's surprising and inconvenient not to have this feature available. While I'm happy with the cost and coverage, the absence of an online platform makes it difficult to manage my policy efficiently. LV could greatly improve their service by introducing an online account management option. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Brilliant value

Great policy that has good flexible options

Had a straightforward decreasing term policy to cover mortgage borrowing. When we increased the mortgage borrowing we needed to increase cover. Our policy had the flexibility in it to change this to a level term plan and also to extend the term. The process was completed very quickly and the premium was very competitive. Brilliant price
