Online Banking Nightmare

Having had my card for weeks now, I have still not been able to register for online banking despite going through the lengthy process countless times. The final stage of the process involved ringing M&S and waiting forever...never did get an answer. I wasted too much time with this card so it is going to be shredded unfortunately I can't cancel it because that involves ringing a non-answering phone again! Reviewed on: 20th June 2020

Great Credit Card Product

Dreadful - M & S have lost the plot.

My cheque was returned "Words and figures do not match" Thirteen hundred and eleven pounds matches £1311 doesn't it? The lady from India said that is does not. After nearly an hour on the phone!! I can see why my local Marks and Spencer store has closed. Everything about M & S is now hopeless. Such a shame. Reviewed on: 19th March 2020

Easy to open m&s credit card. Rewarded with M&s s vouchers on set up. Gives preferential rates for associated services and points for shopping instore and out with which a crew over time and are posted out in m& s vouchers quarterly. Online banking straight forward and easy to use. Staff instore and online friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 9th February 2020

Overpayments not allowed a bank that refuses money !

I look for interest free credit card deals to pay annual golf fees. I over pay each month so I am in credit the following year. I have done this for a number of years with different credit cards. M&S is the only credit card I know that does not allow overpayments. They returned monthly payment once statement in credit but did not notify me. Which bank refuses payments from customers? Good balance transfer deal

I was able to transfer my credit card balance for a very good 18 months at 0%, plus 6 months 0% on purchases. Reviewed on: 15th April 2019
