common sense approach, service oriented!!

Good to be able to discuss with service department plus underwriters. Only issue was that could not open offer letter with password, had to wait for postal copy in end. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

I liked Mansfield building society but I switched to get a better interest rate. I would have liked to have managed my account online instead of having to phone up and hopefully that is a service you will do in the future. Feel a bit stuck

Feel a bit trapped with Mansfield and that they take advantage of this. The re mortgage offers we receive aren’t particularly competitive but given the costs involved in moving providers, we end up staying. The process for remortgage is always simple, but I feel the product availability is limited, and different to new customers. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025
