Disorganised

My experience with Mansfield Building Society during my mortgage process was straightforward and professional. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering my questions clearly and guiding me through the steps efficiently. While the process had some complex paperwork, I felt supported throughout and appreciated the clear communication. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service I received. I have been with the Mansfield BS for 4 years.

I have been with the Mansfield BS for 4 years. My fixed term was coming to an end and I wanted to be able to take a 5 years fixed term moving forward. I have had the most wonderful experience with Mansfield and would highly recommend them to anyone. I am passionate about customer service, and Mansfield have never ever disappointed on that front. They are professional, polite, welcoming and responsive. a good old fashioned way of working with their customers. I am extremely sad to be leaving Mansfield, but unfortunately, on this occasion it was the rate being offered that I had to consider. Very high interest rates and no choice but to stay w...

Very high interest rates and no choice but to stay with them, we remortgaged with them in December 2024 then sold our property, if we didn’t stay with them then we would’ve had a large early repayment fee. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2025
