Account management clunky

Your interest rates are very competitive. However, managing my account from a distance, I live in Wiltshire, challenging. I could not make withdrawals easily which meant that the quickest way to get my money was to close my account via an ISA transfer. Had withdrawals been easier I may well have continued saving with you. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
