AVOID, AVOID

AVOID - luckily i didnt have a claim...but there business model is clearly to start with sensible price and the ramp up on autorenewal price and make it really difficult to opt out.....you cannot speak to anyone...and chat function is awful....i don't know how companies can get away with this.....but one word of advice AVOID! I used the services of your company and when I asked to close my insurance policy on September 20, the consultant agreed. But on the 30th of September I was charged £149 because no one closed my policy, I was very angry, no one from the company answered my question. I want to note that there is a chat and email correspondence where I clearly asked to close my insurance policy on September 20, and they simply ignored my request. these are very unprofessional people and someone from the company should be held responsible for unprofessionalism. My reason for switching to another insurance company was the price, I used this pole for 1 year and in the end I did not receive a discount, as other companies do, and I asked for information, please provide that I had no claims, no accidents, just a donation. So they just ignored my request. No one in this company is responsible for their actions. Now you understand the essence of the problem. When no one listens to you for your money. Zero zero zero. I insuranced my car and they asking some documents I sent the documents after few day I received an email saying they going to cancel my insurance, the worst thing they charge me one month payment for 3 days zero no contract number as the company in USA BOT IN UK my advice don't go with it Reviewed on: 21st September 2024

One hell of a horror story: Marshmallow Car Insurance

This is one hell of a horror story with Marshmallow insurance This is one hell of a horror story We had an accident at the beginning of June, don't get me started on the 6 hours wait for the truck to pick our vehicle up, or the fact that I couldn't find the insurance as they're stupid enough not to have any words related to car insurance or your number plates sent to your emails for you to find them at the time of accident. These are minor issues. The horror started when we wanted our courtesy car. They said they can only give it to us when inspected by repair garage. They initially said the car is most likely written off. It took them 6 weeks to deliver it to repair/inspection garage, where they said it's been deemed repairable, and the garage said they've been instructured not to give us one, it took another 10 days to give us a courtesy car to sort out the confusion on Marshamllow's part. Then while using the car on a short trip, the repair company called to say they've been told the car is written off and needs to be returned within 48 hours otherwise else... HORRIBLE So we returned early and handed over the car. Now we need to contact them so they let our lease company about it to sort it out for us to stop paying insurance and lease fee of the car. 1 week has passed and they don't respond to anything This is CRIMINAL. 4 months and still not settled and charging me at the same time, asking for docs such as V5 which I don't have as it's a finance lease AVOID at any COST. Disgusting and absolutely unacceptable customer serv...

Disgusting and absolutely unacceptable customer service! Purchased Marshmallow insurance ,provided all of the required proof of address and etc,had it for around two weeks. Through the live chat(as they don't even have a number where you can call) confirmed that everything is fine and my car is insured and I can drive now safely,charged me £349.06 for the first payment,and then sent me a text that I did not provide them proof of address (thanks god I made a screenshots confirming that I did it!) This company gave a time till midnight to provide them document and if not they will cancel my policy ,I spent whole day of my holiday to upload documents again and it was keep showing "upload failed",therefore I contacted live chat AGAIN and no one responded and assisted me ,they just cancelled my policy! Also tried to sent many emails with official complaint-no one cares! P.S they also did not bother to give me my money back ,but in the app it says they refunded part of it :) which is absolute lie ! 0 stars,worst experience ever!! Worse decision I have ever made

I got a good quote from them. They asked me for evidence to which I provided before my deadline ….. they did not respond until the day of the deadline which was asking for top up money and after that same hr they cancelled my insuarance. They say they accommodate every one but after you pay u can never get in touch with them. Reviewed on: 29th August 2024

SCAM. AVOID

SCAM. AVOID Very bad experience. Each year they increase the insurance premium to outrageous amounts. This year just before my insurance premium renewal a claim was opened (strange coincidence...) claiming that I was involved in an accident in a part of the UK that I've never been...
