My account was opened in a wrong name. I was therefore given a wrong account number (as this contains 3 letters of Surname) by phone and followed by passbook. They then realised mistake and changed account number but I was not informed and had already arranged a standing order. Reviewed on: 30th September 2024

Excellent all round, no quibbles. Recently, very useful advice by phone as I was applying for a saving bond. With help I made two bank transfer deposits several days apart into the new bond account. Reviewed on: 30th September 2024
