Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Helpful service by real people

We switched our account to Metro because of the poor service given by our last bank. The area branch manager oversaw the move and even came to our offices to introduce himself, talk through the process and came along to meetings for us to sign any paperwork needed. The branch is manned by people rather than being entirely automated and our local manager is helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Online banking works well too. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Always extremely helpful whether on the phone or in branch. The staffs personable approach to their careers is great for customer retention. I have experienced a number of banks over the many years I have been in business but without doubt Metro Bank is head and shoulders above the rest in terms of service, online functionality and most importantly supported by personal and friendly Metro Bank representatives whether on the phone or in the branch. It is great having a bank on the high street with accessible staff and a counter for when necessary.
