Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Super Service.

I don’t know any other banks that offer service like this. Open 7 days a week from 8am -6pm. Designated business manager. I liked it so much I changed my personal banking to Metro as well. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Very Easy To Set Up

I went into the Harrow on the Hill branch to set up an account as I was struggling with the online set up. The assistant made us very at ease with the application and I got my wife an I am account set up there and then. I popped back into the branch a couple of weeks later to pick up my card and set up my PIN. It could not have been an easier process. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Simply Outstanding!

Superb customer service, account opened in few hours at the store. Outstanding. Succeeded where 2 others companies failed miserably. Spent weeks providing information, answwering calls and noy getting anywhere with 3 high street names. Metro were efficient, proactive and super helpful. Highly recommend.
