Best bank ever in uk

I usually don't write reviews, but I really want to talk about my experience with this bank. I don't have to say anything more about how it can be helpful to have a bank open 7 days, because it's a fact that everyone knows. Years ago someone stolen my back details and, of course, all my money. It was a shock and a very big problem. Metro Bank

This is an absolutely amazing place to bank. The services are 10/10 and beautifully designed stores are opened 7days a week giving you peace of mind, flexibility and receive an excellent customer service experience at all times. I can proudly say this is a bank which puts customers at heart of everything they do and really takes good care of their local community. Additionally, you step in the store to open up an account and walk out with a debit card/cheque book in your hand. Inevitably, this is the reason the bank has grown and expanded rapidly within a short space of time since its inception. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Efficient, friendly, and customer focused

Setting up an account for the first time with Metro was a far easier and more pleasant experience than with my other bank. The staff member was friendly and avoided complicated jargon and pressurised up-selling. I like the atmosphere in store, very customer focused. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
