Great customer care

The mere fact that I walked into the bank, opened an account and left with a debit card within a couple of hours, says a lot about how Metro bank operates. Metro bank offers an American style service standard. Telephone response is fast and responsive with no hanging about on the line listening to tense hold musak. I recommend them all the time. Amazing bank

I have Metro Bank to be an absolute joy to be a customer of, everything is clearly explained and nothing is ever to much bother with them. Helpful, friendly, professional, efficient

I can’t fault the service we get at our local branch. They always meeting and greet. Are very friendly and always try and help where possible, they never make you feel rushed. They’re great with kids, my son has a bank account and they always go out of their way to help him. He enjoys going into the bank!! They also have doggie biscuits whats not to love.
