Brilliant bank.

Me and my two daughter use your bank. We have had to deal with a few problems, however the problems are quickly dealt with after I visit my local store. Friendly staff and always able to help Reviewed on: 1st February 2024

Fraudulent Bank.

Let fraud happen to my dead mothers account. When you make purchases on your own card they block it. Worst bank in existence. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024

Still waiting....6 weeks later!!

After reading their advertising stating that you could open an account in 10 minutes, I went to my local branch to open a current account. I was met by a member of staff and went through the process by showing my ID, stating that I've lived at the same address for 39 years and have an ''Excellent' credit score according to the credit score companies. Bad customer services

Not allowed my own money

My bank account has been blocked for the last 3 weeks and cannot or even allowed to get my own money out. Supplied the evidence for where the money came from but still no good . Make sure you have other access to funds or you will become very stuck using metro bank. Do not use Reviewed on: 17th August 2023

Closing my accounts for no reason

Been banking with them for over a year, just received an email saying they are closing my accounts and take my money out. No reason given when I called, the girl just said "yes they do this sometimes with no reason given". I've never experienced this in my life. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023
