Whole bank in general.

When switching to metro Bank from my previous bank it was so easy! They offer various options for you too. Once you fill out a form it's quick and simple metro Bank takes care of everything else so you don't have to! They also offered me a drink and some biscuits while we were sorting out the switch. If I had or have any problems I just pop in to the extremely friendly bank in my area and they are more than happy to help and will not be satisfied until you are satisfied with literally everything down to the finest detail!. Metro Bank is to me one of the best banks I've been a customer of and I don't think I'd ever change. I have even told my family and friends about them and how easy it is to switch and how friendly they are! I even took my dog into the bank as they are dog friendly too and they spoilt her rotten! I recommend metro bank

I'm very happy with Metrobank. Very helpful and professional. Every time I have been to the office for any reason they have been very helpful. App easy to use. The only thing I don't like is that you need lots of passwords to enter into the online banking. Also that you can't access to the card details through the online bank. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

No listening to an hour of music before getting a human to talk to

Best Service
