I genuinely have no bad words. It’s my favourite bank….I’ve banked with literally all the banks in England and Metro is by far the best one. The customer service is amazing, never had a problem. Always resolve my issues. METRO BANK FOR THE WIN!!!! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

When I first joined metro bank I was 16 and that was 5 years ago now, I had really bad anxiety and still do, metro bank staff are so kind and helpful that it’s a place I don’t worry as much. Their staff are always so friendly and reassuring to help, their services aren’t overly complex making it easy to understand, they don’t have any hidden fees, they are very accessible,, and any issues you may have they do their best to help. Easy, Simple and transparent

The product is easy, simple and transparent and makes life so much easier knowing the bank is opened 7 days a week. I tend to travel into Europe often and having free transactions abroad helps me massively. The icing on the cake is knowing i can get a card printed at any Metro bank store if i lose it.
