When ever I need a new and whether I've miss placed it or gone out and left it at home I can get a replacement while I wait , which know other bank does. Best Customer Service

They are open 7 days a week so I can always visit the branch and very good customer service is provided, and the best customer service was when I lost my wallet and it was Sunday, went to the Metro branch and they were really helpful within minutes sorted everything for me, the lost card was cancelled and they printed me a new debit card in the branch which I could use straight away, whereas the other bank I bank with I had to wait 7 days to get a replacement card. EXCELLENT POLITE SERVICE, FAST, EFFICIENT

EFFICIENT FROM THE START, LOST MY PIN NUMBER, NO PROBLEM THEY CANCELLED MY CARD AND SENT ME A NEW CARD AND PIN. NEEDED A BIT OF COUCHING ON STARTING AN ACCOUNT AND LEAD ME THROUGH IT VERY PATIENTLY EXCELLENT SERVICE IN BRADFORD BANK TOO Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

The Staff are very helpful and friendly. I love the fact that when I wanted to add the initial of my middle name on my debit card it was done immediately. The Metro app is also easy to use, I am in my 70s not very good with technical stuff, but it really is easy. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023
