Boutique service

It’s simply the best bank because I can speak to actual people in person at a bank branch which is open 7 days a week. That kind of customer service isn’t provided by any other bank. It’s fantastic because it also provides jobs for local people and therefore reinvests in the community. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Old school service

I've found Metro Bank to be one of a kind in this day and age, reverting to the best principals of Banking, as it was 50 years ago. Friendly staff and a Bank manager you can talk to, it like stepping back in time with the best of modern practices to enhance the Banking experience. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Excellent service

Throughout my time banking, Metro bank has always had great service. The queues are short, the staff are friendly and super helpful. The app and website for online banking are pretty easy to use. The coin counting machine is great for quickly depositing loose change and also to help young people save money in the young savers accounts. They could maybe be slightly more pro-environmental in what they invest the money in, but that is the only reason that I don't give full stars, excellent in every other respect. Changing anything, especially with analogous app functions unavailable, or details forgotten, is a breeze. The staff are always cool (tip of the hat to the Bristol and Bath teams), making one feel taken care of, engaging in conversation, etc. Not to mention card replacement system, which is an absolute winner (makes one feel like in a chocolate factory ;) ). Proud, Fast, Friendly

I really like this bank because is good for young people, and olders pepole. This bank have very friendly stuff support. If I had problem they reaction is really fast, than others banks when I have to waiting more than 20 minutes to speak someone on Infoline and connected with somebody and that's really frustrating, because as we know time is a money in present times. When I calling with any problems the case is done quickly usually through one person and that's awesome, in my opinion and experience the others place are like Sorry I can't do that for you, so hold on line and waiting for my colleague, because I'm not competitive person to solve the problem. The other wise I see that pepole who make stuff are really proud from work, and they really love what they can do. Improve yourself, improve banking and improve other pepole too I think, because just make pepole happy and make feel that our money are save and all stuff working as well to we fell cares.
