Overall the best banking and customer service experience.

Every single time I’ve used or been into a metro bank branch I have had nothing but. 5* service and also any service received has been in the castes and most efficient manner. Would recommend anyone and everyone to use this bank. They are always open later than any other bank I’ve previously been with, which to me makes it stand out from the rest! Great bank

I wouldn't switch bank

I've been with metro for at least 8 years now & can truly say their service is next to none. Everything from the welcome I receive, their customer service, to their pens & lollipop is so consistent! The best bank on the high street

You always get excellent customer service at Metro Bank with friendly helpful staff to speak to and pass the time of day with (instead of machines and indifferent staff which is the norm for other banks). They’re also open decent hours (again unlike all the other banks who practically shut for half a day every day and are closed all weekend!) Also, Metro bank’s online banking and app are simple and easy to use. I can’t speak highly enough of Metro bank, they are truly the best high street bank. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023
