Care is taken to care for customers

Although I get frustrated by being kept "on hold" and passed around from person to person, and by the multiplicity of code numbers which I am expected to remember, I must say that the service is good. Everyone is pleasant and helpful - and, particularly when I was "scammed" a few months ago, bank staff prevented the funds from leaving the bank, and I was reimbursed, within hours. in fact, I was barely off the phone with the scammers when bank staff rang me to express their concerns. I love metro bank and I will bank with them forever

Well, I’m new to the country, metro bank was the first bank I got into at Liverpool Street close to my uni, my first day experience was excellent, customer service was amazing, they attended to me patiently because I asked the team a lot of questions because it was my first bank account in the Uk. Been with Metro since 2012 - Best Bank in the UK

Metro Bank is the best bank in the UK, it understands the UK has a high percent of pet owners and taps into that, it is open for people after work hours in terms of visiting a branch and the customer service is great, it surpasses Barclays on many levels. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
