Go the extra mile for their Clients

No days it’s difficult find friendly people at Banks , sadly the general attitude is doing a favour to the client just by speaking to them’. At metro it totally different nothing too much trouble: I’m always greeted by a friendly smile and my assistance dog Reba is always made to be welcomed, gets a bit of fuss made of her (which she loves) and given a tasty doggie treat. Just feel the Metro Bank makes an effort to make genuine connection with their clients, which is nice. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Best Bank in England

I have been with Metro for about 10 years, and over the years and i would not go anywhere else, opening and account is so easy, as you come out with everything you need, and no waiting for your debit card, as they print it on site, also whenever i have contacted them they have resolved it with no waiting, as well as being very courteous. When I first started to use Metro Bank, I was fortunate enough to have a private numberplate, in order to transfer the plate from a car on to retention you need a cheque, who has cheques? So I went to the bank to draw out my rent money and also ask them. If I could have a bankers draft, they asked me what it was for and I told them,” why don’t we just print to a cheque-book?” was the reply. off the lady went and printed me a cheque-book and handed it to me, I was so dumb struck by the ease of it that I thanked her walked out and walked halfway home before I realised I hadn’t drawn out my rent money, so I had to walk all the way back.
