A great bank. Their customer service over the phone and in branch really are second to none. My only gripe is the app is very basic. Other online banks way surpass what their app offers. If metro bank aligned their customer service experience with their online customer experience they would be No1 across the board. I enjoy what you do. Thank s for having me.
