Real banking for real people.

Being humanised is the most important service for me when banking. I don’t want call centres, I don’t want automated tellers, just a human who can smile, say hello and count your money or solve your problem. Metro.. they do this. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Just an excellent bank through and through

Have recently joined Metro bank from another high street competitor and everything is better, from more attentive and friendly service, better opening hours, better functioning online banking. Local branch

I find it helpful to have a local branch. Staff are friendly and helpful, dog friendly too, a loo for bank users plus a cuppa. What’s not to like Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Minor tweaks

A great bank. Their customer service over the phone and in branch really are second to none. My only gripe is the app is very basic. Other online banks way surpass what their app offers. If metro bank aligned their customer service experience with their online customer experience they would be No1 across the board. I enjoy what you do. Thank s for having me.
