Well, it was the first bank that opened its doors to me when I moved to the UK. I love the always kind staff the ability to always be able to give me the information I am looking for. I would have the opportunity to go to other banks but I remain loyal to Metro Bank! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

The first bank in many years to put their customers needs first - but staff a very close second in terms of training and development.
