Easiest banking I've done for a long time

I genuinely love my metro account application was simple and super easy my card and pin arrived quicker than expected and so far the services I have used have just worked plain and simple every time. I couldn't be happier Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Face to face customer service

The people at the bank are very helpful and polite. The face to face customer service is why I'm a happy customer.is nice to talk to people when having an issue and not a machine. The opening times is fantastic as after work can sort out my banking. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
