Greatest high street bank

Absolutely great bank. Open on Sundays. Lost a card just automatically block it on your phone. Or even pop into store for a new printed card. Everything they offer is great. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Love metro bank they’re so helpful I suffer with anxiety so hate phone calls and having to go out, my local branch is aware of this and go out their way to help me and calm me down when I have to call or go down, they’re extremely supportive helpful and fantastic with my daughter any issues I’ve had have been sorted efficiently and they are definitely the best bank around even my partner has swapped banks to metro now Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Excellent service

My housemates and I set up a joint account to handle rent, bills and things for the house. Getting it all set up was so easy and they were able to give us our debit cards right there and then. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

The best bank

Staff are always helpful and will sit down with you and explain things very clearly, I’m not very technical but they helped me with online banking and made it easier to understand. I can now check my money without leaving the house. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
