I joined Metro at a personally difficult time, from the moment I walked in to set-up a new account, I was given personalised care, had an account open with a debit card in my hand within 45minutes. I am a very happy customer who can access the bank on weekends including Sundays and many a time have taken advantage of the early and late opening service. The staff are caring, focussed and make the experience personal and are the primary reason for my vote. I am now in teh process of opening a Business account. Metro Bank, you have my vote! Best bank ever

Very good and polite service. I had problems with my bank where money was going out my account that I didn't do so I rang them and they went through what I know I paid and what I didn't know I payed and they blocked my card for me so no one else can use it and got a new bank card on the same day. Would just like to say a big massive thank you for all the help and service they give everyday and to just keep up to with the good work. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Switched banks from Starling using their switch service. They called the next day and needed further signatures and said no need to come in, someone came to our home an signed it that day. Absolutely brilliant above and beyond the call of duty! First time ever had this kind of home service! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

I have always found the staff to be attentive and friendly whilst also efficient. I have to use another bank across the road in connection with a charity and then the quality of Metro's service shows itself in marked contrast. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
