Switched banks from Starling using their switch service. They called the next day and needed further signatures and said no need to come in, someone came to our home an signed it that day. Absolutely brilliant above and beyond the call of duty! First time ever had this kind of home service! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Friendly, polite, efficient

I have always found the staff to be attentive and friendly whilst also efficient. I have to use another bank across the road in connection with a charity and then the quality of Metro's service shows itself in marked contrast. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
