They really mean to help!

I was struggling to set up the Metro Bank app on my mobile. Then I rang the helpline. Seems to me that the person was not familiar with such techical thing. But she transferred me to the right person and this is someone who really want to make sure that I complete the whole process successfully and this was the joyful outcome of our conversation, an happy and satisfied customer although his account balance is zero!
