Great bank with great service

Metro bank unlike any others provide really good customer service when I needed. Plus there are a lot of physical bank stores that are open even on Sunday! Which is very convenient compared to other banks. Keep up good work! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Opened without glitches, superb staff

Every visit greeted with a smile. Any questions concerns answered by staff. Just an overall great feeling, to be able to walk in after work to deposit monies saved without hassle. Or open a new savers account and have products transfered in person. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Best banking experience ever

I was immediately welcomed at the wolverhampton branch and I will never forget it! They helped me set up my account and I really liked that they weren't just interested in that, they had a genuine interest in me as a person. The card was also printed the same day which was really helpful for me.
