Metro Bank completely cater to ALL their customer needs. Being open 7 days a week in line with retailers is a no brainer. Not everyone is on the internet (pensioners come to mind) and being open the way they are, means that pensioners get a chance to actually come inside and talk to a member of the Bank Team.
