Ashford, Kent branch of Metro Bank.

As an octogenarian, I find the Internet and when I suspected that my debit card had been compromised recently, they exchanged the card and helped me trawl through the Internet with superb grace in a way that even I understood. Having transferred my account from Santander, with their atrocious advertising, I know that I made the right decision and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Metro Bank to anybody who is looking for a friendly, trustworthy and very helpful Bank. Friendly approachable staff

The bank is open at easy to access times, convenient for business and personal banking. Staff are very helpful and if you visit the same branch frequently they recognise you. A great bank that is here for me 7 days a week.

Walk in to the Brighton Branch. Walk out 20mins later with a bank account and a debit card. Great people to do business with. Wish other banks were like this. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Great bank, Great service, Great people!

I’ve never had an issue with metro in the 6 years I’ve banked with them. There in person and online service is amazing. I always speak with an operator which is great in todays world. First class!
