The best bank no doubt!

I've banked with many other banks however Metro hands down is the best! Great customer service always a high level of willingness towards helping their clients! Any problem they help! Relaxed ambience for a bank it's well appreciated especially when life is so busy! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Amazing customer service

I've been banking with metro bank since I was about 11 years old they are a great bank with amazing customer service I've been in many times over the years and they've always been helpful and always severe you with a smile I wouldn't bank anywhere else. They're long hours are really helpful when you need to see them after work and when I've needed a new card it's printed there and then . I highly recommend this bank I wouldn't go anywhere else even if you made me just can't beat metro bank. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Not the same as other banks

I've only banked with Metro for a few months but I can tell when I walk into the branch in Croydon the exceptional professionalism isn't the same as other banks. I can tell you hire people with no prior experience. Not saying everybody is like this but I get this feeling when I walk in. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
