Good customer experience

I had an outstanding experience at Metro Bank Sheffield. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with patience and detail. The customer service I received from Lilian was particularly exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me open a new account and even helped me set up online banking on my phone. I was also impressed with the modern and clean design of the branch, as well as the extended hours they offer, which made it easy for me to visit outside of my normal work hours. Very quick and smooth process to set up the account.

My only issue was with the credit verification and this meant that I could not get an overdraft. Otherwise the process was quick and seamless. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

A bank that works for me

They are available when other banks re not, their team are in hand 1 on 1 to give me advice and help, everyone in the bank is dressed and presented well and the clean, friendly ambience of the bank environment is a bonus too. Excellent customer service
