Very easy to navigate the mobile banking app

The staff were really helpful and friendly, they are available 7 days a week and my local bank always has treats both for me and my dog . Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Customer, not profit focussed

Opening hours, counter staff availability and warm welcome at every store. I joined Metro a few years ago having become disillusioned with so many of the traditional British banks and I have yet to experience a negative encounter with them. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Awesome Bank!!!

Awesome Bank that competes and beats the old brick and mortar banks. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Open 7 days a week

Metro Bank open well before 8.30am and close at 6pm. No other bank does that. Other banks are closing their high street stores. Metro Bank are doing the opposite. Metro Bank will continue being successful because they get it. Customers need face to face personal service, not only on-line. Thanks Metro Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Great, convenient banking
