Excellent a bank with tellers and helpful informative telephone support

This bank is like banks use to be and should be again. Staff and helpful and you can get cards replaced whilst you wait. Easy to contact by phone and not only reactive but proactive. Majority of UK high street banks are closing or changing to machine only "rooms" the post office cannot cope and I have noticed older people have issues with ATM, online etc and the post office cannot answer 95% of banking account queries.
