I love that I can get to a branch and speak to humans. The ease of the banking app. The security systems in place. I left HSBC for metro and would highly recommend the switch! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Super easy to use and great customer service

I’ve never had ani major problems with them. I’ve used their customer service to ask a few questions and i need it a little bit of help. The employees on the phone were so polite and patient . The app is easy to use as well . They do have regular maintenance off the app , but at least they fixe it . Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Metro bank is a very reliable bank. I have had no problems and I have been banking with them for 4-5 years. I would recommend Metro Bank to anyone that talks about opening a bank account. Metro Bank is also really good as you can get your card the same day and the set up process is very easy. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
