Easy, helpful and convenient

I love Metro Bank because whenever I have a query or need to do something they are there literally haha opened at such convenient times as a person that works 9-5:30pm it makes my life easier and the staff are always helpful in all the different branches I have visited anything I need to do feels easy :) Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Convenience for the needy

While it is rare that I need to visit my bank branch the fact that Metro Bank keep their branches open far longer than any other bank is a huge benefit as not only am I disabled and on a mobility scooter (big doors are good too) but I need dialysis treatment in hospital three times a week so other banks are closed by the time my treatment is done.
