Fast efficient and accommodating,

We tried with Halifax to open a joint account but we’re told we would have to book an appointment for a month later, we walked into metrobank and they did it for us there and then. This is the service you want. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

SuperBank

Excellent customer service - no matter how many legs!

I once read that you should surround yourself with people that are kind to animals - here you have a bank doing just that! Pets are welcome which makes such a difference to the atmosphere. Opening an account was easy and straightforward as is depositing and withdrawing money. Waiting times are kept to a minimum, and the staff are friendly and focused on my needs. I very much enjoy the extended opening hours and feel understood as a working mum. I also really like how Metro Bank is encouraging children to think about saving money and makes it easy to open a children's account. Overall, a very positive banking experience.
