Great banking experience

Bank is open seven days a week which is the best thing. I don’t panic over withdrawals or deposit money before Sunday, huge relief. Customer friendly environment and great customer service. Easy banking one can setup account on online. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Great bank

I’ve been with metro for 10 years now. I got my first card when I was 16 and it was printed same day and they helped me to get fully set up, I.e online banking. When ever I have an issue they have always resolved it over the phone with no king annoying automation voices and waits if I’m honest. A few of my friends and partner have switched to metro once I had explained how convenient the bank was. Friends work Monday-Friday so find it hard reaching a bank during normal banking hours, so the full Saturday and Sunday hours are great for them. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
