Best customer service

I love that I can walk into an actual building and speak to actual real people, who are always friendly and helpful - even if I turn up in my dog walking clothes! Grateful and accessible

I love metro bank Even though it’s a basic account the service is not basic and the staff treat you well. The card works on Apple Pay AND the app is excellent.
