Brilliant

For many years I was unable to get Current Account. Even the bank I was with for over 30 years would not give me a Current Account. I tried other banks and I was refused. I tried the Metro bank and I was automatically accepted. I transferred my account which I had with the Halifax right over to Metro bank. The customer service is excellent. The only drive through cash point I know. And it is so safe and convenient to use. My daughter uses it especially when she has her baby in the car. She doesn't have to come out the car. Amazing bank for foreign users

I moved to the UK for my studies when I was 18. I never had a bank account before, but the staff at Metrobank made it so easy for me. Their explanation was very clear, they were lovely and very patient with me. The online banking system is great, it is so easy to send money back and forth to new and regular payees. I'm very clumsy and have lost my card quite a few times, and it is incredible to be able to just go to the store and get a new one in minutes! Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
