Service from metro bank is unique

Very polite and professional

Awesome customer service

I really cant praise the staff in the Newbury branch enough. Always smiling always helpful. Really happy with the banking app to. So simple. And staff in branch helped me get set up. Also when I did loose my card, no drama. Went into branch and they printed a new one then and there. Fantastic Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

very convenient

My favourite high street bank has become the only bank I really need. Very convenient- the consumer service is 5 star. I was surprised that they were open on Sundays and able to print me a new bank card to replace my old one. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
