The best bank of all times

There's nothing more to add to show the greatness of Matro Bank. It's simply the BEST! Customer Service, always so incredibly helpful, security checks always so prompt, so accurate, just for your safety. It's been years since I use Metro Bank and I had absolutely no bad incidents. Excellent Service

I was a new student in London, UK and needed to open a new bank account and I was recommended by a friend to try out Metro Bank as I had heard they were extremely professional and could help me get my account as soon as possible. Exactly as I way told I was quickly assigned to a rep who I provided all the needed documents to who then quickly helped me set up my account and I had got my debit card within a couple of days and never had an issue with the banking transactions and so on ever since. Best bank ever in uk

I usually don't write reviews, but I really want to talk about my experience with this bank. I don't have to say anything more about how it can be helpful to have a bank open 7 days, because it's a fact that everyone knows. Years ago someone stolen my back details and, of course, all my money. It was a shock and a very big problem.
