Easy online banking

I have accounts at 4 different banks. Of all those, MetroBank has the very best online banking by far. Really clear navigation, excellent FAQs, and streamlined usage. I appreciate all of this because it saves me time and “time is money”, right? Also, anytime I have needed in person customer care, it’s been efficient and courteous. Top notch, MB! Excellent bank!

I have had numerous issues with other high street banks in the past. Metro Bank, walked and talked through all the difficulties with me, I have been with this bank now for over a year and never had any issues regarding my finances. The online banking is super easy to use and highly secure. Telephone banking is quick and efficient and solves any issues I have 9/10 times. Brilliant in store and online

Never had a problem. Customer advisors in-store are knowledgeable and see you same day instead of making appointments. And they have dog treats!! Online banking app is clear and easy to use. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
