Professional and friendly

My experience with customer service has been amazing! They will try everything possible when you phone them to sort the query out. If they can't do it they will pass you onto the necessary departments to help. Going in stores services are generally quick and there is always someone to greet you and find out what you're enquiry is about and then tell you where to proceed to. Staff are always smiling and they are very friendly, they do make you feel like family. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

A regular bank

There's nothing special about Metro bank, there current account does the trick for us (joint account). I've frogotten my log in details once and had to go into branch to retrieve them which is a hassle as their phone suppprt seem unable to help with this. No direct perks for being with the company either which is a shame. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
