Reliable, empathetic and communicative

I had issues when I first got into the country with setting up an account, it was frustrating because I had all the documents I needed except an permanent address, which I had stayed for 3 months, but I just got in. Wonderful service

I walked into my local branch and within half an hour i walked out with a bank account and my debit card. I then went in a week later to open an account for my daughter, again we walked out with her bank account set up and her debit card in her hand.
