Every time I experienced an issue with banking or anything else customer service staff has been more than helpful in assisting me. They are open longer than any bank as well which is also quite helpful since I'm not home till 5-5:30 in the evening. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Setting the Bar for how I wish to be treated by other Companies

It's just a Bank, right! Metro Bank have always treated me with respect, and I feel valued as a Customer. They welcome my Dog, and provide water and treats for him. If the staff are not so busy, they will come and greet my Dog. If I loose my Card, they can Print a replacement in a matter of minutes. The Staff are always friendly and patient with me, having Autism I tend to ask lots of questions. I am never rushed or made to feel unwelcome. They really have set the Bar for how I wish to be treated by all companies. The certainly get my Vote. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

The service that I receive from Metro Bank is on a par with a top quality hotel or flying 1st class. It's not just the normal banking functions. Where Metro excel is in understanding what life is like for their customers and how to make it easy for them. Little things like being able to print a new debit card in store, having branches that are open every day of the week, being able to speak to a real person and even having toilets that are available for anyone in the bank to use. Even their bank statements and letters are a pleasure to receive. I have been so impressed that I recommend all my family and friends to bank with Metro. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
